ELITE Series Game Music
The music for the Elite series of games consists of both specially commissioned pieces and arrangements of some of the greatest classical scores ever composed. The original compositions were written by Aiden Bell (Ian Bell's Brother), Dave Lowe (who has composed computer game music for over two decades), and in the last incarnation of Elite (FFE) the Quality Quartet wrote nine brand new pieces.
Within 'Game Music' you will be able to find MIDI and Mp3 versions of all the music from the Elite games (Elite, FE2 and FFE), some edited versions that have had numerous errors fixed and some alternate versions of the classical pieces.
Without a doubt all these wonderful tracks have helped to make the ELITE games the most influential in computer gaming history.
